What do you want to celebrate about your athlete?

Brayden attended the CCM 68, an invite-only combine for the top 68 American players born in 2006. He just spent the last three days competing with and against the best 68 hockey players in America from his birth year.

In Brayden’s words, “This was an eye-opening experience. There’s a whole other level that I need to reach in order to be the best of the best.”

We were so impressed by how he rose to the challenge and improved in every game. It blows my mind that he not only fit in among this level of competition but that he had moments when he took it to them. So cool to see. And if it’s possible, Brayden is inspired to work even harder at his passion.

What life skills do you see your athlete learning through sports?

Work ethic, determination, and how to focus on a goal.

What is a character trait your Athlete has that you adore?

His discipline is remarkable, especially when it comes to nutrition. If it won’t fuel him and help him get better, he won’t eat or drink it.

Besides sports, what does your Athlete aspire to be?

Brayden says he would like to go into some form of real estate and investing.

Tell us one thing you want your athlete to know.

I want Brayden to know that all of the skills and habits he’s developed while working towards his goal of playing in the NHL can be applied to anything he wants to accomplish in life. I also want him to know how proud his mom and I are of him.
